RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Please note: If an item is returned after 30 days, is damaged, or shows signs of use, no refund or exchange can be issued.
Gift cards and sale items are FINAL SALES and cannot be returned.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will email you a notification of receipt, and confirm if the item qualifies for a refund.

If approved, a credit for the cost of the item minus shipping costs will be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 15 days for this to reflect in your account.
EXCHANGES
Once we receive your item, we will email you a notification of receipt, and confirm if the item qualifies for an exchange.

If approved, we will process your exchange. If the new item is a different price, we will refund or charge the difference to your original method of payment plus shipping cost. Please allow 15 days for this process.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Should this occur, please save all original packaging materials. Do NOT mail the item to us. Email us at hello@bathingraven.com with photos of the damaged item, the shipping box clearly showing address label, and any box damage. We will be happy to help.
GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift code will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, please ask the giver to contact us directly.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping to return or exchange an item is the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
When returning an item, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
